Guests must provide a credit card. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, and we kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice for any change in your appointment. Late cancellations (within 2 hours of appointment time) will be charged 25% of the scheduled service. In consideration of our service providers and other clients, any guests failing to provide the notice or to no show for a scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. The amount will be charged to the credit card at the time of the appointment reservation. Credit card numbers remain on file for future appointments unless requested to be removed by the guest.
