When to Arrive
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for checking in, using the restroom, filling out medical history forms and getting settled.
Late Arrival Policy
In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. The regular service price will apply.
Only the client receiving a service is allowed in the treatment rooms. Exception: clients with a disability.
For Your Protection
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.
Communicating Your Suggestions and/or Preferences

Cell Phones
We want Bliss Wax Bar to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for all. We request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent and only conduct a conversation in the foyer or outside. Please use headphones if you’re watching videos.
Gratuities
Gratuity is not included in our menu prices, so please be kind to your esthetician.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives us ample time to schedule another client.
No Shows
Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. First time, no show clients will be asked to reserve their future appointment with a credit card.
Please provide 72-hour notice for group cancellations.In consideration of our service providers and other clients, any guests failing to provide the notice/call or to no show for a scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. The amount will be charged to the credit card or gift certificate number provided at the time of the appointment reservation. Credit card numbers remain on file for future appointments unless requested to be removed by the guest.
Food and Beverage
We are happy to provide complimentary coffee, tea and water. Sandwiches, meals, etc. are not permitted in spa areas (ladies and men’s lounge, waxing rooms, manicure/pedicure rooms, treatment rooms) and are discouraged in waiting areas.
Forms of Payment Accepted
We are happy to accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Debit Cards, Cash and Gift Certificates. We do not accept personal checks or Discover card.
Gift Certificates Policy
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service. If you are unable to present the gift certificate, an alternative form of payment will be required. Bliss Wax Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Bliss Wax Bar gift certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
Product Returns or Exchanges
All product returns must be within 30 days. A store credit will be issued for opened products and a full refund will be issued for unopened products.
Children
Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children and we hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.
Children under 16 years of age must have a parent or guardian present IN THE TREATMENT ROOM (but not receiving a service) for the duration of the service and must sign a consent form for the minor to receive the service.
The age requirement for a treatment is 12+ with signed consent by parent or guardian.
